Our Company History
the year of 2017
RealTeachers was founded to provide cross-border online English education services in China, allowing non-native speakers to learn with native foreign teachers.
the year of 2018
Since 2018, we have been providing English online education to children aged 5-16 years old who migranted into Australia, reaching the first ADHD children in February 2018 and the first ASD children in April 2018.
the year of 2019
Since then ASD and ADHD children from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan have been tutored in our company.We gradually established our own teaching materials especially for ASD and ADHD and Learning disorder participant.
the year of 2021
We have extensive experience in helping children with ASD/ADHD/dyslexia/auditory processing disorder/anxiety/learning disabilities and we proudly provide RealTeachers Special Needs Services (RTSNS) to all ethnic groups in and outside Australia.
the year of 2022
RealTeachers Pty Ltd established an innovative, proven effective service to continuously improve participants’ social skills via module reading. “Read to Gain” program passed the NDIS Audition, has helped close to 100 clients within Victoria.
the year of 2023
“Read to Gain” has become a star program among support Coordinators serving
ASD/ADHD ages 5-16, and is being quickly recommended to many participants in need. “Play to Gain “and “Listen to Gain” is under construction as planned.

We have spent a great deal of time building a unique curriculum that fits perfectly with the goals in your NDIS plan, which has Collabration、Following Directions、Problem Solving、Safety、Daily Routines、Friendship、Responsibility、School、Feelings、Hobbies、Rules、Sports and Games: A series of 12 modules at 5 levels that will greatly meet your child’s social needs – this helps build understanding and confidence, and helps prepare them for everyday life.

After having a considerate and goal-oriented consultation session with your support coordinator or yourself, we will match you a support worker with BA above qualification talking with you live, in real-time with video, audio and a collaborative whiteboard – it’s just way more convenient for the whole family. Plus, you will be able to review the video within 24 hours to help you understand every single sentence.

The RealTeachers team have been sensational from the first phone call to the regular updates from the tutors and the IT staffs that have helped us work out what isn’t working and how to rectify it. RealTeachers tutoring have been able to provide Amelia with the ongoing support she needs both in preparing for class and for tests. She is happy with her tutor and the interaction with him during sessions which has reduced the despair and anxiety we were both feeling about her maths. Granted it seems expensive but overall, it is less than 2 cents per minute for an hour session and being that Amelia is working towards the end of achieving her VCE General Maths it is worth the investment in her future. She is applying herself and is grateful for the support which makes it all worthwhile.
